I just want to brag and tell everyone that I have the cutest, and most independent kids ever. My luck is going to run out and our next kid is going to be so needy and dependent. Jakson just does his thing. He does laundry. He loves to cook. Nothing on the stove but he is awesome with the microwave, making sandwiches, cooking in the toaster and making a bowl of cereal. He loves to take care of his little sis. I have to sit him down once in a while and tell him to be a kid and enjoy life. Justin and I are constantly reminding him that we are the parents. He is, however, my little life saver in so many ways!!!
Madison can be pretty independent also. We just got home from my parents' house a little while ago. She marched right in and got a sippy cup and a bottle of gatorade. After I filled her sippy cup she went to the TV and turned it on to her favorite: football! Then she plugged in the Christmas tree lights and reclined the lazyboy and curled up in her blanket and fell asleep. I don't know why I'm so tired all the time. My kids do everything. I just get to chill!
They are so fun! I love them both so much!
